GB Music Radio is provided for your personal, non-commercial listening. You agree not to rebroadcast, record for redistribution, or otherwise exploit the stream or app beyond normal personal use.

Availability

We do our best to keep the stream, website and app running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may affect availability from time to time.

Intellectual property

The GB Music Radio name, logo and on-air branding belong to GB Media Limited. Music played on the station remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GB Media Limited is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, app or stream.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
